DDX3X

DEAD-box helicase 3 X-linked

    view_headline
    Description

DDX3X is a protein with 73 kDa (73,243 Da - isoform 1). It is a rna, dna and cytoskeletal binding protein with gtpase, transferase, hydrolase, molecular adaptor, molecular function regulator and atp-dependent activities. It also has catalytic activities acting on rna, dna and proteins. It is involved in several biological processes such as the mitotic cell cycle, immune system responses, regulation of dna-templated transcription, chromosome segregation, cell signaling and differentiation, and others.
