AMOTL2

Angiomotin like 2

    view_headline
    Description

AMOTL2 is protein with almost 86 kDa (85,764 da).  It regulates the translocation of phosphorylated SRC to peripheral cell-matrix adhesion sites. It is important for the normal function and architecture of the actin filaments. It is involved in signalling pathways such as the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway. May play a role in the polarity, proliferation and migration of endothelial cells.
